Sound Healing

Description

What is sound healing? Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and HEAL the BODY, MIND, and SOUL. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

Rev. Karen will customize a Sound Healing Session using Reiki and Acupressure to balance your Chakras.  You will be given a MP3 of the ‘sounds’ to use later for meditation.  This session takes 1-1.5 hrs.

There may be a nominal charge for travel.
